Hi! My name is Sofia and I can help you with all things recruitment.

“There must be a better way” is a constant thought in my head. Be it when helping a client, working on my own stuff or in my personal life.

I make things happen, and I love making a difference. No matter if it’s by freeing up time through automation, making things more efficient by new improved processes or by finding that stellar candidate. I help my clients work smarter, not harder.

I’ve been working in recruitment since 2013 and I still genuinely love what I do, which is why I also share my knowledge through workshops, speaking at conferences or on my blog.

Services on offer

Sourcing & Recruitment

I love finding filling those hard to fill positions. My focus is on creative and tech related roles such as developers, UX/UI designers, product owners etc. that require sourcing.

I’m available for long and short term assignments. Anything from sourcing for a specific role to building inhouse recruitment functions.

Speaking

Sharing my knowledge and experience is what got me to start my own business. I love seeing the "aha moments" in the audience and answering their questions afterwards.

I’m available for speaking engagement all around the world, and online.

Workshops & Coaching

Combining my background in teaching with my love for sourcing is one of my favourite parts of my job.

I offer onsite tailor-made workshops on topics such as sourcing, recruitment, employer branding, storytelling and more.

Beyond the keywords

Beyond the keywords

It's been a while since SourceCon in Amsterdam, but I've been reflecting on all the sessions for a while (and it takes me ages to write a blog post...). Despite the actual topic of the conference being Storytelling, that wasn't my key take away. My key take away was...

The ketchup effect

The ketchup effect

It's been a slow spring for me. Quite a few weeks have past without a single hire. Not for lack of trying. The sourcing gods know I've tried. (If anyone has any hint of how to get a hold of a great Android developer in Stockholm, let me know!). But as Sweden is...
